We meet once a month on the 3rd Tuesday to share updates and upcoming events, hear from a speaker representing a community organization, and to connect with one another. Upcoming events include volunteering and networking opportunities. A light dinner will be provided.
The speaker for this meeting will be our District Governor, Luis R. Carranza. Since joining the Rotary Club of Rancho Santa Fe in 2004, Luis has embraced Service Above Self as more than a motto; it has become his way of life. As Club President, he championed member engagement, community outreach, and local business support. He chaired the club’s signature Taste of Rancho Santa Fe fundraiser, raising over $500,000 for vital causes.
Now, as District Governor for 2025–2026, Luis leads with a bold and heartfelt message: Don’t Miss the Bus. This is not just a theme — it’s a reminder. A reminder that Rotary is moving with urgency, with purpose, and with love. Whether you’re a longtime Rotarian or someone still waiting to get involved, the invitation is simple: There’s a seat for you.
At this meeting we’ll be collecting donations of new, adult-sized fleece blankets for PATH (People Assisting the Homeless). The blankets will support their clients in the transition to a new home by helping make it a little cozier during the holiday season.
Prospective members are welcome! Email us at least 24 hours prior to the meeting at mverotary@gmail.com to let us know you’re coming. If you aren’t a member, your first meeting is free. We ask $10 to cover the cost of dinner from members and visiting Rotarians.
